Project Portfolio Manager (m/f/d)

Participation in building and developing the project portfolio management and support in establishing effective structures in multi-project management Active participation and further development of project reporting, including definition and determination of key performance indicators relevant to control Supporting operational resource planning in the existing resource planning tool, ensuring high data quality, and promoting transparency about capacity and resource bottlenecks in the project portfolio Implement practical requirements into the introduction of the new project portfolio management tool and take over a central operational role in the system after its implementation Preparing recommendations for decision-making on project priority based on strategic objectives, resource availability and potential returns, as well as providing analyses, evaluations and reports to manage the project portfolio as a central interface between disciplines and management

Successfully completed studies of business management, economic engineering or comparable qualifications Multiannual experience in the project environment with practical application of project management skills, ideally knowledge in multi-project or project portfolio management Good knowledge of MS Project or comparable project management systems as well as safe handling of current MS Office applications as well as good English skills Project management certification (e.g. IPMA, PMI) is advantageous, secure, address-oriented communication with different stakeholders:inside Structured, reliable and independent way of working, exceptional willingness to use, diligence, enforcing and joy in working in interdisciplinary teams
