In order to support our Competence Center for Honorary Examination, we are looking for you at the location Nuremberg as a legal employee (m/w/d) in the plausibility check. Organisation of examination of medical bills in consultation with the supervisors Support and support for legal issues in the processing of procedures for correcting billing taking into account legal and contractual requirements and QM requirements Correspondence with members, lawyers, experts and third parties, including questions Individual advice from members of the KVB in the context of test procedures Creation of repayment agreements, legal tenders and fonts also in proceedings Calculation of regressions, estimates of damage and fixing of safety margins Creation of templates for the Disciplinary Committee and the body according to § 81 a SGB V, correspondence and cooperation with STA and Kripo Support in the representation of KVB in comparative talks, comparative negotiations and in court Implementation of plausibility talks and of opposition and SG procedures, including the preparation of the required fonts Creation of presentations, specialist concepts and answers for various procedures Examination of notifications, including in legal terms Information of team members on current case law and legal changes

Ideally qualified legal state examina Experience in dealing with lawyers in court Knowledge of social, criminal, administrative and procedural law Good analytical skills Problem-solving capability and pronounced target orientation Good appointment management and organizational talent Very good expressiveness in word and writing Teamability and negotiation skills
