• disciplinary and professional leadership of employees in the respective group (15 employees)

• Control and monitoring of the entire production process according to economic considerations

• Ensure compliance with legal and internal requirements

• Detection and evaluation of operating and machine data by means of computer

• Ensuring and organizing new employees

• Support of production management in operational daily business and overarching projects

• completed training in the industrial/technical field, as a process mechanic for plastics and rubber technology or a comparable qualification

• sound knowledge of employee management in an industrial company

• first knowledge in the field of lean and shopfloor management

• Leadership with strong communication skills, responsibility and corporate awareness

• targeted, very structured and result-oriented mode of operation

• Ready for shift work (4-shift system)
