Projekttwickler (m/w/d)

Your tasks:

Exciting tasks

• Total responsibility for a project portfolio covering the entire development cycle: land security, commissioning of studies, analysis of the optimal layout and WEA type, requesting permissions, refurbishment of approvals
• Regular travel activities to possible wind farm locations
• Stakeholder management along the development cycle
• Preparation of decisions for management with corresponding reporting
• Project monitoring in terms of time, budget and quality
• Management of project risks

Your qualifications:

That's what you bring

• Successfully completed studies in geography, engineering or economics or other comparable qualifications or professional experience
• Multiannual professional experience in project development, preferably in the wind or PV industry with a focus on approval planning
• Experience in dealing with property owners, service providers, licensing authorities and municipalities
• Experience in handling geographic information systems (GIS) in the context of wind farms
• Secure application skills in MS-Office are advantageous
• Basic knowledge contracts and legal relationships
• English and/or French language skills would be advantageous
• readiness to travel, German driving licence class B
