Senior Consultant / Focus on Service Management and DevOps Processes (m/f/d)

You are responsible for the operation and further development of our customer service in a holistic and independent manner – with full retention of your team. You work closely with consultants and project management in cross-functional teams – either classic ITIL-aligned or agile according to DevOps principles. You live continuous improvement not only in customer projects, but also in your personal development. You are the central interface to our Nearshore locations, coordinates international deployments in projects and in Application Management Service (AMS), manages the cross-site customer management and ensures compliance with our quality standards. You are actively contributing – both in customer projects and in the development of new topics for our organization. You will be involved in the strategic development of our area by identifying AI-Use-Cases and accompanying their implementation to make our processes and services AI-ready.

You have a degree in Economics, BWL, Business Informatics or a comparable MINT course. You have at least 2–3 years of relevant professional experience in IT service management (ITSM), ITIL, IT project management or IT consulting. You are an organizational institution and you like to work with high self-responsibility and dynamics – also in the control of international and distributed teams. You have fun in IT tools, control processes and methods in agile project management and service management according to DevOps principles. You bring a fundamental understanding and genuine interest to our entire IT service portfolio in order to represent it credible to the customer beyond the pure application management service (AMS). You are an AI affinist and have the curiosity and the desire to actively participate in the digital transformation and to develop AI potentials in our service portfolio. You can master German and English safely in word and writing.
