Construction manager for flat roof construction - waterproofing / roofer (m/f/d)

You are incorporated by experienced colleagues in the field of activity of the construction management. You are responsible for the independent management of demanding construction projects in flat roof construction – from technical clarification to compliance with VOB to successful acceptance. You control your construction site team as well as the after-contractors and thus ensure a smooth running and highest quality standards on our construction sites in the Stuttgart area. You take responsibility for costs and earnings for your projects and ensure their economic success through precise controlling. As a central contact person, you maintain direct contact with our customers, architects and suppliers and represent our company professionally to the outside. You actively contribute your expertise to the acquisition and calculation of new projects and thus set the foundation for future success.

You have completed your studies as a civil engineer/architect or a training as a technician/master. You may also bring professional experience as a construction manager, ideally in flat roof construction or a related structure. You are safe and routined when dealing with the VOB as well as with MS 365 and common construction software. It is an independent way of working, a sense of responsibility and a willingness to perform. You have a class B licence to support your projects in the Stuttgart area. For smooth communication with all project participants, speak German in a safe manner.

An attractive salary package of 48,000 to 55,000 euros per year, supplemented by earnings-related allowances. A company car, also possible as an e-car, which you can use privately.
