Society Aider (m/w/d) for our Breunsdorffstraße residence (working time 30 hours a week).

In our residence, adult people live with mental, physical and/or multiple disability. Our home offer is geared to the needs of people with the most severely multiple disability, who have increased (careful) care needs.

What your tasks are:

• takeover of all common domestic activities such as laundry cleaning, laundry and distribution in residential areas
• Preparing and preparing meals (breakfast, lunch, dinner bread) for our residents
• integration and support of our residents in small aid activities, e.g. during the distribution of the food or during laundry care
• Acquisition of maintenance cleaning of our equipment in addition to an external cleaning company
• Purchasing of food and building materials on the computer as well as acceptance, storage and control of goods
• Responsible and resource-saving handling of food and consumables
• With design and support of the team at events in the residence, including creative ideas for culinary planning
• correspondence with external partners such as laundry, supermarkets and kitchen

What you should bring:

• a friendly and understanding way of dealing with our residents
• a good eye for cleanliness and a living atmosphere in the place of residence
• multiannual professional experience in the household sector, ideally in a stationary housing
• a health card and experience in the work according to HACCP regulations
• comprehensive professional knowledge and the ability to think and act economically
• a passenger car license and the willingness to accept service trips for purchases
• strong team capability, operational readiness and loadability
• Joy in team work, but also the ability to work independently
• Willingness to work in early and late shifts (breakfast service 07:00–13:30 hrs/speak service 11:30– 18:00 hrs).
• Basic PC identifiers, especially in the MS Office area.
