Team management & process control: leadership and further development of the service support team as well as ensuring quality-secured technical support

Technical support: Support of technicians, customers and sales in diagnostics, commissioning and troubleshooting in the field of compressors, refrigeration machines and heat pumps

Escalation Management: Processing of complex technical cases and close coordination with sales, engineering and quality

Root-Cause-Analysis: Conducting Structured Cause Analysis in Recurring or Critical Technical Problems.

Training: completed technical studies such as mechanical engineering, mechatronics or a comparable degree programme; Alternatively, a comparable technical qualification with well-founded practical experience. Professional experience: Multiannual experience in technical service – ideally in the context of industrial refrigeration technology – including handling of faults and technical customer requirements. Leadership competency: Embossed skills in managing and developing teams as well as distinct communication skills with different internal and external stakeholders. Product knowledge: understanding of compressors, refrigeration machines, heat pumps and their control technology as well as sound knowledge of functions, fault images and typical service challenges. Analytical capacity: Solution-oriented approach for technical fault diagnosis and systematic cause analysis; safe handling of data, KPIs and service reports for deriving stressable recommendations. Mobility & language: willingness to occasionally travel within Europe as well as very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing for secure communication in an international environment.
