REQUIREMENTS

• Independent processing of spare parts orders – from acceptance to delivery
• Technical preparation of spare parts orders
• Installation, creation and maintenance of offers and services Order documents and invoices
• Correspondence (telephone and written) with suppliers as well as customers regarding delivery times, prices and availability
• Installation and maintenance of datasets in the CRM and ERP system
• Close cooperation with other departments such as purchasing or sales

PROFIL

• Completed commercial or technical training, e.g. industrial merchants or technicians (m/w/d)
• Professional experience in order processing or in the field of spare parts
• Secure handling of Microsoft 365 and ERP and CRM systems
• Teamability, reliability and excellent knowledge of German and English
• Good organizational skills and communication strength
