Construction and management of the new central department Strategic development of consultancy services for doctors: women, dentists: women or medical care centres Development of counselling approaches and acquisition strategies Interface to departments and departments Building an external network (e.g. medical chambers, banks, lawyers) Support and coordination of demanding mandates Internal knowledge transfer and training
