Professional and disciplinary leadership of a team as well as the establishment and further development of employees Responsible taxes and coordination of all construction monitoring services in the Gewerk Konstruktiver Ingenieurbau/Oberbau within demanding rail infrastructure projects Ensure the proper design in compliance with quality, costs, appointments and the applicable legal, technical and web-specific regulations Taking over the tasks as a construction manager railway KIB/Oberbau in complex measures and supporting the project teams in technical questions Planning, controlling and optimising the use of resources within the team and securing an economic project execution Coordination of cooperation with contracting entities, infrastructure managers, planning offices, construction companies, testing organisations and authorities Monitoring and evaluation of construction processes, stoppages and commissioning concepts, as well as introduction of appropriate measures in the event of deviations Ensure compliance with safety requirements and participation in risk, follow-up and quality management processes Support the acquisition of new projects, customer support and the creation of offers and performance descriptions as well as active participation in the strategic expansion of the Construction Monitoring Rail Infrastructure department

Successfully completed studies in the field of civil engineering, economic engineering Main focus on civil engineering, transport engineering, railway engineering, or a comparable qualification Completed functional training as a construction manager railway of construction engineering / superstructure (BÜB KIB) Long-standing professional experience in the construction monitoring and construction of rail infrastructure projects with a focus on constructive engineering / superstructure Knowledge of relevant DB regulations and relevant regulations, standards and guidelines in the railway sector detectable experience in the professional and disciplinary leadership of employees Experience in managing complex infrastructure projects as well as dealing with different project participants and stakeholders High decision-making and enforcement capability combined with a cooperative, value-assurance management personality Impressed communication strength, organisational skills and responsibility Safe handling of digital work and documentation systems Willingness to project-related missions within Germany
