As a team leader Service m/w/d, you are the central interface between technology, team and customers. You ensure that our services not only work, but are inspiring – through reliability, quality and real sense of responsibility.

You run a team of about 8-10 service technicians including capacity and deployment planning You ensure professional maintenance and service You are the first contact person for customers with regard to our service offer You take responsibility for compliance with work safety regulations You take the installed equipment into service You collect offers from suppliers and perform material orders Performance certificates are tested and released by you

You have a completed training in the field of electronics or metal as well as a training course for master m/w/d or a comparable qualification You have professional and ideal leadership experience You are characterized by customer and service orientation and have good communicative skills in German Awareness of costs and responsibility are, of course, just like a pronounced solution orientation and targeted work You convince by a high affinity in dealing with digital technologies You bring travel readiness in your region and a class B driving permit You don't meet all the above requirements?
