Sales Assistant - Real Estate / CRM / Excel (m/f/d)

You are responsible for agreeing new dates for our object winners, for which you send messages and run phone calls. You plan and coordinate meetings and events as well as perform proactive project coordination and monitoring of deadlines. Your tasks also include organization, search, offers / order registration, newsletters, promotional materials and everything that comes up You work according to our fixed processes and check regularly how well your activities run. You regularly write reports and evaluations about results in the acquisition of new customers and objects and forward them to the sales management. You ensure that all data on customers, objects and leads are always up-to-date, correct and complete. You also consider how to improve these processes. You support the sales management in the daily tasks in the office and in the sale.

You have a completed commercial training and bring min. 1 year of professional experience in customer consulting, best in the real estate industry with You know well with CRM systems, are numbers affi and work exactly, structured You like to work with data, and have good PC skills You have a good feeling for people and perhaps already experience in buying real estate You like to work directly on site (instead of the HomeOffice) and understand yourself as an integral part of the team You bring fluent knowledge of German in word and writing (C1)
