You are the first contact person*in when it comes to problems with e-forms, and help our customers quickly and competently You document and classify tickets in the ticket system You enter and administrate the enquiries in the service portal (from 7 am to 7 pm) a maximum of five days a week and eight hours a day You can forward tickets to downstream support units You control and monitor tickets according to our Service Level Agreements

You draw your attention through your customer-friendly and service-oriented work A quick understanding and a structured way of working out Your absolute strengths include very good communication skills and good expression It is advantageous if you have already gained first professional experience in the IT environment Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing complete your profile You speak very good German (flowing) and can communicate well in English
