Planning, coordination and implementation of building, infrastructure and supply projects focusing on technical building equipment (TGA), media management and supply technology at our Ludwigsfelde site Project responsibility for construction projects of all plants taking into account technical, economic and terminological requirements Project-related acquisition of cost and budget responsibility Support in strategic location development with a focus on the further development and security of a sustainable technical infrastructure and media supply Planning, coordination and implementation of measures in the fields of heating, ventilation, air conditioning, sanitary, energy and media supply technology Monitoring of order tracking and implementation of acceptances including the evaluation and coordination of cross-disciplinary services Control and technical assistance of internal departments and external engineering offices, planners, consultants, experts and authorities Ensuring compliance with relevant legal, technical and operational requirements Conduct and continuous development of a systematic inventory and plant documentation for buildings, technical installations and supply infrastructures

Successfully completed study of civil engineering, utility technology, technical building equipment (TGA), economic engineering with appropriate discipline (Master Uni / FH) Multiannual professional experience in the planning, control and implementation of construction projects as well as technical infrastructure and supply projects Experience in project management and coordination of interdisciplinary teams as well as various structures, in particular in the fields of TGA, industrial construction and infrastructure Good knowledge of technical building equipment, media supply and building technology Basic knowledge of relevant rules and regulations, in particular HOAI and VOB Secure handling of MS Office and knowledge of specialist planning and CAD software; Experience in project management is desirable Excellent analytical skills and a high level of problem-solving competence and flexibility Independently responsible, structured and reliable operation Very good communication and team skills as well as a professional appearance towards internal and external contact persons:inside
