Professional, warm and individual welcome to our international guests. Your focus is not only on the administrative and organizational execution of the entire stay, but you also see yourself as a guest relation manager and support in the lounge area as well as in the exclusive room service. You monitor compliance with our exclusive service standards and work closely with the Housekeeping, Reservation, Medical Planning and Night Service departments. You recognize desires before You are pronounced and provide an atmosphere of calm and appreciation. With sovereignty and empathy You solve challenging situations and transform feedback into positive experiences. You optimize and design processes.

You are a personality with charm, flexible, have very good ways of handling and a pronounced service thinking. You have well-founded professional experience in the premium hotel industry. You have a completed training or study in the hotel area or a comparable qualification. You communicate in German, English and/or have other language skills (for example Arabic, French, Spanish). You are a dedicated personality and are happy to work independently with demanding guests from Germany and abroad. With attention to detail, a heart for our guests, a structured way of working and very good computer skills you fit perfectly into our team.
