In order to strengthen our team, we are looking for you as a practice-leading nursing specialist (m/w/d) for the project personnel acquisition of international nursing staff at the Lothar-Kreyssig-Haus

Your duties

• Participation in the creation of an integration and incorporation concept • intensive care and support of international nurses in theory and practice • targeted preparation for aptitude and knowledge testing by means of adaptation courses and structured guidance in the fields of expertise • Leading evaluation and feedback talks to ensure the exam maturity • Support in technical questions and support for team integration • close cooperation with mentors, project and quality management and nursing schools

• Your profile

• completed vocational training in the areas of old age care, health care and nursing • successfully completed and recognized training “practice instructions” according to nursing professions law or successfully completed study of nursing education • EDV-knowledge in common systems for care documentation (e.g. DAN) • Professional experience in nursing and experience as a practical guide are required • Good social competence • Communication strength • willingness to actively engage learning materials within the framework of the recognition procedure

We expect you to support and support the diaconic orientation of our work. Membership in a Christian church is desirable, but not a prerequisite.
