Total responsibility for the strategic, technical and organizational management of the calculation Selection, evaluation and prioritisation of appropriate tenders and control of tender processing Calculation of complex construction projects in infrastructure construction, in particular in civil, road and rail construction, including the development of technical concepts, special proposals and secondary offers Responsibility and further development of supply, procurement and contract processes incl. Representation of the company during negotiations Development and implementation of supply and price strategies for sustainable procurement Professional and disciplinary leadership, promotion and further development of the costing team Close and trusting cooperation with the management, branch and superstructure lines, as well as external partners

Complete study in civil engineering or comparable technical qualification Multiannual professional and management experience in calculation or construction design, ideally in the field of civil and road construction Impressed leadership skills, entrepreneurial thinking and a structured, solution-oriented approach High communication strength, keen to decide and strong team orientation Security of negotiation and sovereign occurrence in handling clients, partners and internal departments High level of integrity, sense of responsibility and reliability
