Team Leader Roster Management (m/f/d)

You take over the technical and disciplinary leadership of a team and actively contribute to their further development in the field of service plan management. You are responsible for the quality assurance and quality management of your area's operational processes – including the charging billing interface. You analyze and prepare working time accounts, personnel costs and control indicators and interpret them. You create evaluations, forecasts and calculations, and accompany management as well as management as a competent contact person (m/w/d). You contribute to the processing of the current daily business. You work with projects in the field of working time management, including the development and optimization of our working time models with a view to legal framework, economic efficiency and needs in the team. You conduct training and support supervisors (m/w/d) and service plan officers (m/w/d) in the service plan system. You analyze and evaluate time data, identify potential for improvement and convert them into modern, practical solutions. With your team, you are the first contact person (m/w/d) for employees and service planners on all questions relating to service planning, time recording and time references. You are advising users (m/w/d) in the use of the service planning programs used and supporting technical and system-related issues. You analyze requirements from the field and translate them into system-side solutions in cooperation with internal and external partners (m/w/d) You process incoming requests structured and solution-oriented and ensure a high-quality feedback. You carry out tasks within the framework of system maintenance and also provide perspective support for administrative activities.

You have completed (specialised) higher education or qualified vocational training, ideally in the field of staff. Alternatively, you have completed a training in a healthcare profession and have several years of experience as a service planner (m/w/d), preferably in a shift operation. You are safe in handling the SP-Expert service planning program, the ESS and SAP employee portal. You have already gained professional experience in working time management. First leadership experiences and a pronounced leadership competence are of advantage. You have pronounced communication skills and a safe and friendly appearance. A structured, independent and service-oriented way of working distinguishes you. You are pleased to convey complex facts in a comprehensible manner. You are interested in system relationships and a high technical affinity completes your profile.
