Be part of our team in one of the most beautiful industries in the world and be responsible for: Support business applications in all our countries (e.g. P&I Loga, BAS Ukraine, Coupa TM5, AEB Compliance Engine, BMD NTCS, IBM Cognos Controller, SER Doxis, Helios, Lexware, Platnik, Multicash ...) 2nd level support – analyze, solve and improve Take over lifecycle management – regular updates, smooth processes, current systems Control external service providers – for seamless integration and reliable performance Creating documentation – so that all relevant information is clear, understandable and sustainable Design projects – from installation to rights assignment: You keep an overview

A completed training as a specialist informatics* System integration or comparable qualification Experience in application support, ideally in retail Secure handling of Microsoft Windows & Windows Server Knowledge of service management of advantage Embossed service and customer orientation Self-employed, structured and analytical methods Very good German and good English skills Teamplayer mentality with Hands-on-Attitüde Nobody is perfect!
