You take over owner and builder functions in building projects. As an owner's representative, you control projects, costs and construction resources. You contribute to the establishment of project financing. As a project manager, you define the necessary tasks in your projects and check their implementation. You coordinate the coordination with the other departments within their own business and with the respective departments and users: inside and outside decision-makers. You represent real estate Bremen in structural questions in political bodies and are responsible for reporting.

Required: You have a successfully completed university degree (Bachelor or Dipl.-Ing. (FH)) in the field of architecture, civil engineering, electrical engineering, technical building equipment, facility management or another field of expertise. You bring many years of professional experience in the development of construction projects to HOAI. Their knowledge of German according to at least level C1 according to the common European reference framework (GER).
