In this responsible position, you take on central tasks in financial and accounting, making an important contribution to transparent and reliable financial processes. Their field of activity ranges from the accounting of current business transactions, the main accounting and asset accounting to the preparation of the annual financial statements. You work closely with various internal departments and external partners. Processing of creditor accounting including auditing and timely processing of incoming invoices Creation and control of debitor fracture Monitoring of open receivables and dunning Processing, coordination and clarification of bank accounts settlement of debitoral and creditor payment transactions Independent processing of inconsistencies and clarification cases Cooperation with internal departments, customers and external contacts Participation in the optimization and digitization of accounting processes Perspective: Acquisition of further tasks in the main and balance sheet accounting and support for annual accounts

A completed commercial training and ideally already professional experience in financial and accounting Knowledge gained in concluding business incidents and in the application of accounting regulations according to HGB and tax law Care, reliability and sense of responsibility we require Binding appearance and service orientation in exchange with internal departments, customers and external contact persons Sovereign use of digital workflows and joint development of business processes
