Performance Controller (m/w/d) in Waldenburg (near Heilbronn) You are the interface between numbers and decisions – and with your work you create the basis for sustainable growth. You analyze the economic performance of our international companies, define meaningful key figures and provide the management with the information that is strategic. With a clear look for details and an understanding of the whole, you can take part in business decisions, global governance and future development. Glossy: Assessment of the performance of defined international societies within the eiSos Group Focus: definition and traceability of KPIs with precision depending on the company's division Keep an overview: Creating evaluations and reports as a basis for decision-making for management International networking: close exchange with international financial leaders Competent present: Preparation and formulation of release applications for large-scale projects along the group-internal release stages

Basics: Complete business studies with a focus on controlling or finance Passion: Pleasure to translate complex facts into clear figures Experience: Very good MS Office knowledge, especially Excel and first experience in producing companies of advantage Communication: Very good knowledge of English and German in word and writing; safe appearance in the international environment Strengths: Analytical thinking, high self-initiative and independent work
