The University of Applied Sciences RheinMain is funded by the projects QuiS Basis and EIS@HSRM (Foundation Innovation in Higher Education) in the structural implementation of flexibilisation and teaching learning innovations. Advising the areas of expertise in the new and further development of study courses, in particular for the needs arising from the QuiS Basis and EISHS@RM projects in the flexibilisation of study courses or implementing innovative teaching/learning approaches Creation of decision-ready drafts for examination regulations and admission regulations Project management for the process of internal accreditation of study programmes as part of system accreditation Moderation of workshops and meetings, as well as their organisation and documentation Creating concepts and instruments for the implementation of cross-border strategic goals of the university, in particular for the further development of quality in studies and teaching within the meaning of the two projects

Completed university degree (or equivalent degree) Knowledge in the field of accreditation and the legal basis Experience in moderation and discussion is desirable Experience in project and quality management is desirable Own teaching experience in the university context is desirable High level of autonomy, rapid understanding, communication and team skills, readiness to use, reliability and flexibility
