Senior Strategy Manager Corporate Strategy (m/f/d)

Leading responsibility for the further development of the LBBW Group Strategy, including clear anchoring and operationalisation of strategic priorities at segment level and business areas Acquisition of strategic analyses and orders with high visibility and role as savings partners: in the design, evaluation and prioritization of strategic projects for the board of directors overall responsibility for strategic corporate projects and initiatives, management of interdisciplinary teams and, where appropriate, management of external top management consultants; Creation of decision-making, address-based templates for board and supervisory bodies Development of substantial strategic impulses for the further development of business model and corporate strategy based on well-founded market, competition and industry analyses in close cooperation with top management and business areas Active development of strategic control formats and strategic project portfolio management Takeover of a central austerity function for top management and business units in strategic issues Establishment and maintenance of a resilient network to central internal stakeholders in the Group and to external partners take over a professional lead and mentor: internal role within the strategy unit; Sparring and coaching junior colleague: women and active participation in methodology, quality standards and professionalisation of strategy work

• Min. 5 years of professional experience in a strategy consultant function and proven experience in dealing with top management - in the banking industry, a top management consultancy focusing on strategy/financial services
• Very pronounced analytical/ conceptual capabilities, in particular in structuring complex issues, developing strategic roadmaps and action options and deriving clear recommendations paired with a secure handling of financial key figures
• Ability to develop and critically evaluate new business model approaches (e.g. in the context of AI).
• Ability to identify and develop relevant control relationships
• Multiannual experience in managing cross-departmental projects in the Group environment, as well as sovereign planning, moderation and follow-up of strategy workshops with senior management and board
• Strong communication capability across the stakeholder level, paired with enforcement strength and a constructive, humorous appearance.
• High problem-solving competence, even with incomplete information situation and with time pressure combined with high readiness to work on new topics
