Location: DRK Akademie SH Rellingen Start date: 01.08.2026 Working time: in full time with 30 - 38.5 hours/week The place shall be occupied without delay. The DRK-Landesverband Schleswig-Holstein e. V. trains specialists and accompanies nursing staff in their professional development. In the DRK Academy SH Rellingen you will design teaching and learning formats that are practical for people with different cultural backgrounds to work in care. Teaching is exactly your bull! You bring your individual specialist focuses into the respective areas of competence and design both theoretical and practical teaching units (for a weekly hourly deputy of 22 UE for full time) Optional: Social pedagogical support and counselling for trainees and support for personal, social and school challenges You are in close contact with the training companies and support the practitioners (m/w/d) in the personal and cultural integration of trainees We develop our teaching methods and offers for qualifications together. You bring your ideas and know-how into different working groups If you are interested, you can actively contribute to the development and application of the growing SkillsLab

A completed training in a nursing profession and first practical experience A B.A. in nursing/medical education or an art related study or the willingness to complete a nursing/medical-pedagogical university study (Master). We will be happy to support you through paid allowances for tuition services or through the acquisition of tuition fees Optional: A qualification as a social pedagogical support It enthuses you to support people in expanding their professional skills and in their cultural and personal integration.
