As a primary digitization partner of the Bundeswehr, we provide stable, safe and efficient IT services in Germany and abroad, from basic operations to the field close to the application and thus contribute to the continuous increase in the leadership and operational capacity of the Bundeswehr. With more than 8,000 colleagues, we operate and modernise one of the largest and most complex IT infrastructures in Germany. We are looking for responsible IT specialists who are convinced that the Bundeswehr-IT will further develop in challenging digitalization projects and thus contribute to Germany's security.

Shared Service Delivery (SSD) is responsible for service design, service development and provision of all end-user, data centers & cloud infrastructure as well as BWI service communication services. It provides predominantly standardized service solutions for customers. Shared service delivery is an integral part of the CDO and is therefore crucially responsible for the common objectives and measures. Our incentive is maximum operational stability and high customer satisfaction.

The SSD PoD2 C&P Processes department is responsible for the process engineering for the services and projects in charge.

Your profile:

• At least 5 years of professional experience and completed professional experience
• Higher education or training in the IT field
• At least 5 years of experience in complex IT enterprise environments
• Long-term proven experience in ITIL and Process Engineering
• Knowledge in ITIL and agile methods (Scrum, Kanban etc.)
• Very high quality and customer orientation
• German and English knowledge in word and writing

Your tasks:

• Consulting, development and creation of processes for services as a process engineer* Development of CSI measures
• Responsibility for designing and designing training and mentoring trainees/students
• Active representation of the team's concerns in the Process Engineer Community
• Full perception of the role of quality management officer in the area of PoD2 C&P
• BeWiki response partner for content and structural adjustments and improvements of the BeWiki team page C&P Processes
• Active representation of team interests in the Processmanagment-Call and EPDF-Call
