At our location in Rellingen near Hamburg, our European headquarters is located with around 300 employees currently working for both local and European sales for the various product groups and for the central functions. In addition, about 500 employees are in our sales offices, such as France, Italy, Spain, Scandinavia and the United Kingdom. In order to strengthen our HR department at our headquarters in Rellingen, we are looking for

Participation in Europe-wide personal controlling with focus on personnel costs and headcount for approx. 800 employees Participation in the creation of forecasts and budgets as well as monthly, quarterly and annual accounts Cooperation in monitoring and ensuring personnel budgets Implementation of nominal actual comparisons, deviation analyses and ad hoc evaluations Maintenance and updating of planning documents for all business units taking into account changes in personnel Coordination and merger of Europe-wide data Support in the creation of personnel planning Participation in and support in salary analyses and salary increase processes Support and optimization of existing processes

Graduate degree with a focus on economics or human resources or comparable training Insufficient professional experience in HR controlling Experience at international level desirable Relevant experience in accounting processes sovereign handling of MS Office, especially Excel Experience with SAP and P&I LOGA desirable English language skills Analytical competence and good numerical understanding Self-employed and structured work Addresse-oriented structuring of complex facts and great interest in the processing of diverse and constantly changing questions
