Tool Mechanic Maintenance & Repair (m/f/d)

Tool construction & maintenance: You manufacture injection molding tools and keep them permanently ready for use by maintenance and repair. Error analysis: You identify the error and fix causes sustainably. Machine operation: You can safely work on conventional milling, turning and grinding machines and manufacture precise components. Conversions: You modify existing tools according to new requirements and realize constructive changes in practice. Collaboration: In close coordination with the construction and the plastics department, you will ensure a smooth process. Set-up and adjustment work: You prepare tools for the production process and rebuild them as required.

Technical know-how: You have completed training as a tool mechanic or a comparable qualification. Experience: You bring well-founded practice in the maintenance and repair of tools. Expertise: You are safe in handling injection and/or punching tools as well as in conventional cutting. Working methods: You work independently, structured and address problems analytically. Quality understanding: care, precision and a high sense of responsibility are of course for you. Team strength: You communicate clearly, you like to work in the team and stay active in challenging situations.
