Graupe-Tews GmbH is a modern production company with over 60 employees on a production area of around 4,500 m2. We specialize in the production of filigree, demanding and complex sheet metal parts and assemblies. Quality, precision and teamwork are at the centre of our work. To strengthen our team, we are looking for a dedicated person for product management (m/w/d).

Summary Job profile The focus of the position is the technical and economic assessment of customer requests based on technical drawings. Our product managers assume the responsibility to analyze in-depth drawings, to check their feasibility and to create an article including sound work plan. This is the basis for supply creation. The projects and customers to be supervised include a wide range – from individual sheet metal and lock work to complex assemblies to series components and series productions. Key tasks include: Reading, understanding and interpreting technical drawings Testing of drawings for plausibility, technical feasibility and feasibility Definition and planning and designing, all necessary production and work steps Calculation of material input, production times and possibly required external processing or finishing processes Creating a complete cost calculation as a basis for customer-oriented offers Monitoring and monitoring of the entire process in close coordination with the production line Continuous and close exchange with customers during the project and implementation phase The position forms a central interface between customers, manufacturing and internal processes. In addition to technical understanding and economic thinking, a structured way of working, communication strength and a high degree of sense of responsibility are required.

Closed commercial or technical vocational training (e.g. industrial businessman, technician, master, etc.) Experience in the area of wage manufacturing or metal processing Secure handling of ERP systems (ideally ABAS) Good knowledge in Microsoft 365 (especially Excel, Outlook) Technical understanding and structured working Teamability, own initiative and resilience Excellent quality and responsibility Good knowledge of German in word and writing
