In our team we are looking for a dedicated person for the position of the incoming goods booker (m/w/d). This role is essential for the smooth handling of the receipt of goods and significantly supports our mission to efficiently manage and use high-quality products and materials.

As a receipt booker, you take responsibility for the careful collection, verification and documentation of all incoming goods. You ensure their proper storage and make sure that they are available to the relevant departments in a timely manner. In addition, you play a decisive role in quality assurance by checking deliveries for completeness and quality and documenting any deviations or defects.

• Collection and booking of goods in the goods receipt system
• Checking and testing of deliveries for accuracy and quality
• Creation of shipping documents and receipt documents
• Coordination and clarification of differences with suppliers and internal departments
• Maintenance and updating of inventory data in the system
• Support in the storage and labelling of the goods
• Participation in the optimization of processes in receipt of goods

This will bring you

• Experience in the field of goods receipt, warehouse logistics or goods booking
• Secure handling of goods management systems and MS Office
• Willingness to work in shift operation (break, late and night shift)
• Care and accuracy at work
• Team skills and independent working
• Good communication skills
