This profile will help you as a Personnel Officer (m/w/d):

• Successfully completed study or comparable qualification
• Multiannual professional experience in human resources desirable, ideally in an international environment
• knowledge of the pay bill
• Embossed hand-on mentality and a proactive, solution-oriented approach
• German and English language skills in word and writing
• sensitivity, open appearance and communication strength

Your responsibilities as a Personnel Officer (m/w/d):

• Creation of payment invoices on time
• Examination of legal information, certification and reporting obligations to authorities and administrations
• preparation of work contracts and certificates
• Processing of data management, certification, account clarification and reminding
• Processing of general administrative tasks
