As an operating cost calculator, you are responsible for the accounting collection, testing and verification of incoming invoices You assign all invoices of the different operating costs and heating costs to the accounting circuits or Economic units As an accountant, check the cost positions for plausibility and accuracy You create the operating and heating bills compared to our tenants You process all contradictions for operating and heating cost accounting

You have a completed commercial training As an accountant / additional cost calculator you have at least over 2 years of professional experience, like in real estate You like numbers and go safe with MS Office You know SAP or a similar ERP program You speak German fluently and have fun in contact with tenants and service providers
