Intern Human Resources (m/f/d)

Varied tasks are waiting for you in various staff areas for a period of four to six months (40 hours / week) You support us in administrative personnel tasks You play an important role in the organisation of personnel development You can work independently in the recruitment and onboarding process with You support us in the care and improvement of our HR systems as well as the participation of our LinkedIn account within Europe We are open to your creative ideas and you have the chance to support us through analyses and research in the HR projects

You are impersonated in a course of economics, business or comparable studies focusing on human resources management Ideally, you have already gained first experience in the staff sector You enjoy dealing with people and you like to communicate with different people As we work in the international context, you have good English skills in addition to very good German skills. You can work independently with the common software programs (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) and find yourself quickly in new programs You also have a structured and conscientious way of working and a very high level of discretion in handling sensitive information and data
