These exciting tasks await you: Strategic planning: You take over the strategic planning and control of facility management and are responsible for managing employees in this area. You will also develop a comprehensive FM strategy that is in line with our corporate and real estate strategy. You accompany transformation projects, including the planned renovations and new buildings that need to be planned and implemented in the coming years.

Sustainable efficiency: You control investment, maintenance and modernization measures and take responsibility for the maintenance, safety and efficiency of our buildings and facilities. This also includes the tendering, awarding and controlling of service providers and external partners.

Estimated budgeting: You monitor budget planning for the entire FM area and ensure that we strengthen our roots in our home country and succeed together.

Reliable compliance: You ensure compliance with all relevant legal, supervisory and internal bank requirements. You take responsibility for energy efficiency as well as our ESG and sustainability goals.

Innovative safety concepts: You develop and implement emergency and safety concepts and implement digital FM systems to increase efficiency and safety in our organization and work with heart blood on the future.

That's what you bring: Funded know-how: In addition to qualified theoretical training, for example, through a completed degree in facility management, architecture, engineering, real estate management or a comparable qualification, you have over several years of professional experience in facility management or in a comparable position that gave you a deep understanding of the industry. Specific knowledge: You have a well-founded knowledge in the areas of building technology, maintenance management and safety regulations that you use specifically. In addition, you have experience in budget planning and project management to achieve our goals efficiently.
