IT SAP SD/CS/MM Business Analyst (m/w/d)

As an SAP Business Analyst, you are responsible for the following activities: Interface between the IT-SAP department and the departments Sales, Customer Service and Purchasing / Material Management Support the business processes in the SD, CS and MM modules and stakeholders in day-to-day business as well as in the development of solutions to ensure sustainable processes. Definition of SAP project specifications in coordination with the departments and other stakeholders (demand management) Cooperation with the internal IT and support of external SAP implementation partners from the specification of a change request to development to UAT, implementation and hypercare Head of business workstream projects and technical integration of satellite systems. Control of external SAP implementation partners based on KPI's As part of the SAP team Europe-Africa: coordinate and ensure the smooth running of the solutions and tools used in your area of responsibility, including the adjacent SAP modules and external IT tools. contribute to the harmonisation of business processes and IT tools in the Europe-Africa Business Unit. introduce yourself to the definition and implementation of the SAP strategy plan.

Higher Education in Business Administration, Business Informatics or a comparable qualification Very good SAP knowledge, at least 5-7 years of experience as an SAP consultant in the modules SD, CS and MM. Knowledge of adjacent SAP modules (ECC 6.0) and desirable in S/4 HANA Very good analytical skills and pronounced strengths in communication Good knowledge of the technology of interfaces Funded knowledge and experience in project management, ideally based on relevant certifications (PMI or PRINCE2)
