Manager Financial Consulting & Tax (m/f/d)

Area Responsibility: You take the strategic and operational control of a defined financial consultation area and are responsible for its sustainable growth, quality and profitability. Leadership: You run several team leads and their teams, develop executives in a targeted manner and create the framework for powerful and motivated teams. Business development: You identify new growth opportunities, develop the area and ensure that sales and growth targets are achieved. Customer Management: You build long-term relationships with strategic customers, act as a contact person: at management level and supports key customer projects and escalations. Talent Development: You are responsible for recruiting, talent development and succession planning within your responsibility and contribute to long-term organizational growth. Quality & Processes: You ensure highest quality standards, drive process optimizations and continuously develop existing methods and procedures – often in close coordination with the group. Collaboration: You work closely with Sales, Scientific Consulting, Finance and the Management Team to ensure efficient cross-disciplinary cooperation. Performance control: You analyze relevant KPIs and business codes, take measures and control your area of responsibility data-based and targeted.

Technical background: You have a successfully completed degree in the field of business, economy or tax law, or a completed tax training (e.g. as a tax specialist:r or tax specialist:in), a degree as a tax consultant:in, auditor:in or a comparable tax qualification. Tax Expertise: You have a well-founded tax law background and brings comprehensive experience in tax consulting, tax advisory or a comparable environment. Professional experience: You bring relevant, relevant professional experience and have already successfully managed and developed teams as well as executives. Entrepreneurial thinking: You understand economic relationships (Budget / P&L) and think entrepreneurial. Communication & Leadership: You convince with strong leadership qualities, a sovereign appearance and the ability to accompany and inspire different stakeholders at eye level. Working: You work structured, decision-making and solution-oriented and keep an overview of complex challenges. Languages: You have very good German and English skills (C1).
