The successful candidate wants play a crucial role in comparing surface pretreatment methods for adhesive bonding processes on thermoplastic composites. This position offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in both literature research and practical testing. Key Responsibilities: Conduct literature research on various surface pretreatment methods for adhesive bonding processes on thermoplastic composites Compare different methods in terms of adhesion promotion, manufacturing process integration, cost efficiency, and sustainability Perform practical testing using qualitative and quantitative methods Conduct statistical evaluation of test results Collaborate with the engineering team to discover findings into manufacturing processes Prepare detailed reports and presentations on research findings

Qualifications: Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's program in Engineering, Materials Science, or a related field. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Familiarity with adhesive bonding processes and thermoplastic composites is a plus. Experience with statistical analysis and testing methods. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
