Number: MER00043YP Our team for work and start-up methods works across areas and is an important part of product integration and production start at Mercedes-Benz. We deal with the further development and standardization of processes for vehicle start-up as well as with the design and implementation of innovative training and qualification concepts for the assembly of the future. We work across the factory at the German locations Bremen, Sindelfingen and Rastatt and develop standards for the global partner network. We look forward to your thematic proposals for a final thesis and scientific questions at our Bremer location. As part of your final work, the team will support you in current projects and will independently process a practical topic. You will get insights into strategic and operational topics.

These challenges come to you: Working in a multi-site, interdisciplinary team within an agile project organization Support for the implementation of strategic objectives and the standardisation of processes Participation in the content and methodological development of start-up methods Participation in the design, piloting, implementation and evaluation of the Future Training project Support in the introduction and application of modern learning methods, for example in the field of video-based web-based trainings Care, development and development of existing SharePoint structures (in particular knowledge database and training center) Preparation, implementation and follow-up of workshops, committee meetings and audits Working independently The activity can start from October 2026.
