Lead: You are technically and disciplinaryly responsible for the trainees assigned to you. This includes, inter alia, the conduct of discussions with trainees, parents, teachers of the vocational school and training officers of the departments. Furthermore, you will begin performance assessments and possibly guide. Measures. Coordinate: The creation of the transfer plans, taking into account periods of professional training, holidays as well as internal courses and seminars, is also your responsibility. In addition, you regularly plan and organize the IHK exams. Teaching: You provide the trainees with knowledge and skills based on the training regulation and the operational requirements. For this, you develop theoretical content as well as project work, direct the trainees and control the results. Safety of work: You support the creation of risk assessments, derive safety instructions and execute them. You are looking at compliance with accident prevention regulations (UVV). Workshop management: You are responsible for the smooth running of the electric workshop. Therefore, you plan and organize the maintenance and maintenance of the equipment and control and document it carefully. Qualification: You have successfully completed a vocational training as an electronic technician. You have completed the training examination (AEVO) and the training as a masterin or technicianin, or you are willing to obtain it at short notice. IT knowledge: You have good user knowledge in MS Office.
