This means that you support our Head of Blending as an operating backbone in the daily business. You relieve the layer line and ensure clear, smooth production processes. You are the first respondent on the surface – with questions, disturbances or prioritization. You recognize bottlenecks early and actively control them. You drive forward improvement projects independently – within the department and across areas. You use optimisation ideas and implement them consistently. You support KPI monitoring and follow measures with regard to efficiency, quality and dates. You make reality from planning – structured, solution-oriented and with technical understanding.

This is what you bring: a completed technical-commercial training (e.g. as a machine and plant leader in food production). Multiannual experience in a producing environment – ideally in the food sector. Organisational strength and ability to clear priorities. Technical understanding and a good sense of production processes. Very good German knowledge (min. C1). Basic knowledge in MS Office and first experience in project management. You work independently, take responsibility, think solution-oriented and stay confident and calm in operational situations.
