You maintain the development of high-pressure systems (including compressors, filters and pipelines) and cooler components throughout the entire project cycle. These include the system design in cooperation with the suppliers as well as the integration, among other things, in air defense systems, as well as serial maturity and serial support. You will take over the technical responsibility for corresponding assemblies. This includes the internal interface function to other sub-disciplines of development, quality, production and product range as well as the external interface function to the suppliers. You are responsible for the planning, implementation and evaluation of the testing of cooling gas components, high-pressure systems and measuring systems for gas purity and perform a spring-carrying function in the production of component specifications. Forward-looking research and development tasks for testing new technologies complete your exciting field of activity.

For this position, your practice-oriented study of physics, mechanical engineering or a comparable study direction in combination with a pronounced basic physical-technical understanding is the ideal prerequisite. You can convince us with your already collected experience in the design and measurement of high-pressure and ultra-pure gas systems and ideally bring knowledge in the handling of filter systems or ultra-pure air compressors or Joule-Thomson coolers. Furthermore, you are characterized by a pronounced technical curiosity and are happy to work deeply into new topics in the interdisciplinary environment; to bring you the “Hands-on” mentality as well as perseverance in difficult technical questions.
