The SOS-Hof Bockum (in the district of Lüneburg) is an institution of the SOS-Kinderdorf e.V. for the social and professional integration of adult people with mental disabilities. For about 100 people there are differentiated forms of housing and work opportunities in the recognised workshop for disabled people.

For our SOS-Hof Bockum we are looking for a 01.09.2026 Senior Consultant (m/w/d) in full time or part-time (min. 30 - max. 38.5 hours/Where.)

As a social pedagogue in the social service Housing in the Hof Bockum, you play a central role in the support and support of our residents. You are responsible for housing-related matters, coordinate important processes and work closely with the colleagues in the living areas, the social service work and the area management. With your professional view, you will help to identify individual needs, create appropriate support and ensure reliable cooperation within the meaning of the residents. You coordinate, organize and carry out assistance planning. The case management for the living area is your responsibility – including the writing of progress reports and the monitoring of cost knowledge. You assume the classification according to the H.M.B.-W procedure. Pedagogical colleagues advise and support you in case- and order-related questions. Members and legal assistance are available for advice and support in matters of social law. You carry out the recording process with all associated processes. The coordination of leisure activities is also one of your tasks. You plan and design in-house training and carry out these. You pay attention to the conscientious implementation of child and care protection.
