Team Leader / Production Coordinator (m/f/d)

You plan and coordinate the daily production processes in the assigned area. You ensure a smooth flow of material and optimal machine utilization. You control the production characteristics (output, committee, standstill etc.). You run a production team professionally and organizationally and are responsible for the operational planning of the employees. You shall ensure compliance with quality standards and test regulations. You agree closely with the manager and report on progress in production. You identify optimization options in the production processes and implement them.

You have a successfully completed technical vocational training in the metal sector as well as a further training as a master, technician or comparable qualification. You can demonstrate a multi-year professional experience in metalworking production. You have good knowledge of production planning, occupational safety and quality management. You have pronounced leadership qualities and communication strength. You are organized, team-oriented and decision-making with a high sense of responsibility. The application of Lean methods are known standards.
