Project Manager HSEQ Energy Industry * (m/f/d)

HSEQ Project Management: You conduct and tax relevant projects in the areas of occupational safety, health, environment and technical quality – from planning to implementation. Further development of measures: You develop our HSEQ measures – visible, measurable and practical. You strengthen the effectiveness of the measures and ensure their sustainable anchoring in the organization. Structure of complex facts: You are analysing HSEQ, technical and organizational issues and implementing complex issues into clear, effective and practical measures. Technical cooperation and operational support: In addition to your activities as a HSEQ project manager, you work on selected topics in the field and carry out, for example, construction site visits and training. In addition, you will participate in the practical implementation of HSE requirements. Cooperation in the field and in the Group: You work actively and closely with the entire HSEQ area and the operating areas and participate in HAW and Group-wide working groups and projects. In coordination with your area management, you take special tasks with strategic importance and high visibility.

Technical qualification: You have a (special)university degree in a technical field (ideally electrical engineering, mechanical engineering) or a comparable qualification. Professional experience in project management and technology: You have a relevant, multi-year professional experience in project management and in the construction and operation of electrotechnical plants, preferably in the energy industry. Ideally, you have experience in carrying out construction sites and HSEQ trainings. Regulatory and System Knowledge: You have as much knowledge and experience as possible with the legal and operational regulations of the HSEQ that are relevant to the task. Digital and linguistic competence: You are safe in handling MS Office IT applications. You have very good knowledge of German and good English in word and writing and have a passenger car license (Grades B). Overview and ownership: You keep an overview of complex facts, perform self-responsive tasks and implement them in a structured, conscientious and reliable manner. Design and communication: You are convinced by team skills, strong communication skills and strength of enforcement and decision-making. With passion and curiosity, you shape change, inspire and convince others and consciously take advantage of the opportunities of digitalization to further develop the HSEQ work. .
