Planning and control of production in cooperation with technical, sales and logistics teams Coordination of raw material availability with European contractors and suppliers Creation and maintenance of production plans and customer forecasts Construction and maintenance of long-term supplier relationships and negotiations for cost optimization Supporting quality management and ensuring compliance with high quality standards Introduction of new products in cooperation with internal and external partners Support for sustainability projects and the analysis of carbon footprint (PCF)

Complete technical studies or comparable qualifications At least 3 years of professional experience in the field of production control, procurement or comparable activity Knowledge of the production of lubricants of advantage Very good English skills in word and writing Excellent communication and project management skills Secure handling of MS Excel (ideally VBA) and SAP MRP High level of self-initiative, structured working and team capacity
