SCHÜTZ has been producing fiber composite materials and components for lightweight construction applications for more than four decades. Under the CORMASTER® brand, lightweight honeycomb structures and components used in the aerospace industry are produced in both our plants in Siershahn and Selters. The high-tech products “Made in Rhineland-Palatinate” are sold all over the world and are installed in a variety of modern aircraft. The basis is the ultra-light CORMASTER® honeycomb structures that are manufactured at the Selters site. The refining of the honeycombs to semi-finished products and components takes place at the Siershahn plant. Here, the CORMASTER® honeycomb structure is brought into the most diverse forms with the aid of a state-of-the-art machine park. The CORMASTER® components are used in the interior of aircraft, as well as in space and high-performance sports. CORMASTER® stands for sustainable performance enhancement through weight reduction.

New customer acquisition and development of new markets in aviation Developing competitive analyses and continuous market surveillance Technical consulting talks and offerings to customers Support for existing customers and key accounts as well as customer visits Participation in trade fairs and presentations Technical clarification and handling of orders and projects Costing of customer projects as well as offerings Support for sales and sales planning and strategic sales planning Responsibility for achieving our own sales goals and monitoring and controlling our own sales performance Customer master data management in SAP R3 Collection and evaluation of (customer) feedback on product and process improvements and derivation of corresponding improvement measures Monitoring and moderation of any complaints Negotiation and conclusion of framework contracts, mainly with aviation customers

A successfully completed university degree in engineering or economic engineering or a comparable qualification Experience in technical B2B distribution, ideally in aerospace Technical understanding and knowledge in the aerospace industry A fast conception, high self-initiative and self-responsibility A pronounced communication capability and empathy Secure handling of MS Office, ideal knowledge in SAP R/3 flowing English knowledge in word and writing; French knowledge of advantage
