As a building manager (m/w/d) you will work on the following tasks in our subsidiary BBF Constructions GmbH: You independently implement regional construction projects in the field of road and civil engineering. You coordinate the personnel deployment planning, personnel management and associated safety of work. You plan the material requirements and necessary after-contracting services. You develop construction projects and ensure project documentation. You take over customer advice and support as well as the control of the necessary personal and external services. You process the accounting of projects and take over the project controlling.

You have several years of professional experience in construction and construction, in particular in civil and road construction.
