They report directly to the management and take over the management as well as the strategic and operational development of the members and pensions department with about 40 employees. They act on a correct and uniform legal application, develop work instructions and train the employees, as well as the members and pensioners in all matters of the right of performance and statute. They are contact persons (w/m/d) in the self-government bodies, audit topics and audits, in the context of risk controlling as well as in dialogue with auditors, actuarial experts and other bodies. They are engaged in exchanges with other utilities, social services providers and other institutions, are able to identify and initiate co-op­eration opportunities and in your network work are working towards the safety and stability of the utilities. They are experienced in the personal and professional advice of counsellors, are contact persons (w/m/d) for inquiries and inputs of all kinds and are available for the processing of complex individual cases. They are responsible for the further digitization, optimization and automation of business processes and are taking these into account in parallel.

You have completed a (administrative) academic degree or have comparable qualifications due to long-term activity in a responsible position. In addition, you have several years of professional and management experience, ideally in the context of social security or occupational care. They have a well-founded knowledge of the first pillar of ageing and have a safe handling of IT systems. Expediently, you are familiar with the optimization of processes and the implementation of new IT systems and bring your analytical skills, a structured way of working and your entrepreneurial thinking to the benefit of the Solidarity community and the employees. Your profile is rounded off by your communication strength and team capacity with a high level of enforcement and enthusiasm.
