Support in project processing and prioritization within the team Coordination and assignment of support departments Creation and maintenance of reports for project status and progress Document management: storage and archiving of documents and maintenance of databases Care and administration of project management tools Creation and maintenance of work instructions and process documentation

Current enrollment in management or technical courses Structured, independent and reliable operation Communication strength and team capacity, also in the handling of technical specialist departments Safe handling of MS Office and ideally experience with Confluence, Jira, Databases Basic technical understanding and interest in technical processes Discretion and sense of responsibility in dealing with sensitive information Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing
